Important Notes
Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on our support channel.
Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
Tourism Dirham Fee is 10 AED (3*), 15 AED (4*) and 20 AED (5*) per room per night which needs to be paid at time of check-in or check-out (as per hotel policy).
For UAE/Dubai Visa, children visas will not be approved, unless parents visa is attached along with. Please apply a Minor's visa with one of the parent's application.
Carrying alcohol in vehicle or while on tour is not allowed. There is heavy fine of AED 50,000 if caught.
Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
It is recommended to buy a SIM card with data before coming out of airport in Dubai. This will help you to get in touch with drivers easily as WhatsApp calls do not work in Dubai.
Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through our support channel during the trip.
Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through our support app. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.
We would like to inform you that our airport representatives, drivers, and service Point staff may request your permission to take photographs during your journey. This practice helps us ensure that our services remain consistent and of the highest quality.
Check-in time in Dubai is 3 pm. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
Room sizes in following hotels are small e.g. City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), City Season Towers (240 sq ft). Opt for apartments or 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.
If you are traveling with elderly people or infants or pregnant women, then Desert Safari is not advisable for you. You can opt for desert safari without dune bashing in that case.
All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
If you staying in a hotel located in Deira, for most of the shared tours/transfers, you may be one of the first to be picked and last to be dropped. Thus it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
In case you are opting for Dhow Cruise or Desert Safari with Dinner, the food quality on the Cruise or Desert Safari may not be good and you may not like it.
All Dubai Hotels charge Tourism Fee in AED, which needs to be paid at the time of check-in or check-out from the hotel.
While visiting Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque all travelers need to follow dress code. Long, loose fitting, ankle length trousers or skirts for women and men. Women must wear a headscarf.
Please be aware that shared safari experiences involve seating arrangements with other guests, and specific seats (e.g., front or middle) are subject to availability. The last row may also feel slightly cozier compared to other seats. If there are any conditions where auto-assigned seats are not preferred, please consider upgrading to a Private vehicle for an additional charge.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
Terms and Conditions
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.
Our Scope of Services
We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
Hotel and Land Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unused nights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reason whatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certain services may have separate cancellation policies, which must be adhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless specified otherwise.
Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking value will be applicable for cancellations of land services (including activities and transfers), as well as for any amendments.
Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
Payment Policies
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or SWIFT.
For your safety, we will never request payments to be made to a personal account. Please ensure all payments are made only through our official website or to our company’s bank account. If you receive any such request, we recommend verifying it with our team before proceeding.
Amendment of Booking by Guest
If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to the expert in writing. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies.
